Hi guys, I just had loads of fun on GCL testing 32-spec & 16-combine on there. They work wonders....if you're patient enough.
As mana pool functions way differently here, it is harder to get the mana going, but by the time you reach G17 supergem(G22 equivalent) with cost of 224 million mana, your pool will skyrocket, and the specials are much higher than just U-d or even weaved.
Also, speed is capped here as well, so lesser speed is no deterrent.
Comparison 16-spec G13 pure Y vs G17 pure Y same cost 7.012 million.
Nonsupergemmed-
52,000 max damage
x45 damage
supergemmed-
48,000 max damage
x66 damage.
So if any of you are still playing Labyrinth, go ahead and use psorek's epic methods, you won't be disappointed, as long as you have patience to make the hardest grade jump, from G14 super to G17 super.
How to do- Pool increases far too slowly at that point.
So you'll need to keep making 16 G11 supers and combining them, one by one, into a total of 15 G14 supers, in order to turn it into G17.
Oh...and in this way(I did it on D4), I was able to (on zero settings except Armored) get a gem that would beat endurance with angering zero waves. Charged pylon- but it killed some 3B monsters. Anyway, yeah, have fun with it!
@psorek, I for one would appreciate your applying your supergemming skills to GCL. I just started a new game and I play that when I get annoyed with GSCS.
