On all of them: - 10% increased XP gain - 30% of wizard level to initial XP and mana - +1 to all skill levels - +150 initial mana - 20% increased damage for particular monster type
This leaves two 'slots' that vary by fragment. e.g. increased curse duration, max charging for bolt/beam/barrage etc. Some are better than others (e.g. stuff involving gem wasps are useless).
