Could you please try clearing your cache on your browsers and trying a "Privacy" window in FireFox or an "Incognito" window in Chrome and see if that fixes it? If it doesn't, could you please visit this page...

I had the grey screen problem too, cleared cache and tried on an incognito window/private mode on both google chrome and opera and there was still the grey screen problem; the game would load and the music was playing and there was dialogue and my health bar and menu settings on the game, but the actual map and the cut scenes were not displaying.

Also what OS are you running?

on Google Chrome I have only the Google Docs Extension.

on Opera I have no extensions and it is the latest version.

Running stock Windows 8.1 OS that came with my laptop

I tried with a privacy window in Firefox and with an incognito window in Google Chrome after clearing cache. But I'm still getting the grey screen.

@dog007 Very strange, did it show any addons?

@TheLeeMrLee Something is very wrong here, obviously I've tested it on many machines and everything seems to be fine. I wonder what's different about your machine.

I get that far, then I click on my slot and then it says it's rendering, then when it renders I click continue; then the screen turns grey although I can still see my character health/mana, inventory, menu and settings buttons etc. It's just the main screen/map bit that would show the character and the battles that is grey.

I'ts exactly the same before and after clearing the cache and with/without Private Browsing

@TheLeeMrLee @dog007 I've confirmed the issue, and we're waiting to hear back from Krin on a fix. It's 4 AM his time right now, so it may be the next day. Thanks both of you for helping with this.
