OK, Since I finished the Raze III with all 3 stars, lemme show you how to finish these specific levels that they were hard to master for or to finish for.

Recommended weapons except for the Level 1 of the Human Campaign and the Level 5 of the Alien Campaign are the following:
- SIDE ARM: A Hand Cannon with Heated Barrel, Hair Trigger and Memory Foam
- Or just a Hand Cannon or a Kite.
- SIDE ARM (premium): Coming soon, but I don't have money for that.
- AUTOMATIC: An AAR with a Target Aquisitor, Steel Stock and a Spiral Barrel or Heated Barrel
- AUTOMATIC (premium): Coming soon, but I don't have money for that.
- CLOSE RANGE: A Blunderbuss with a Heated Barrel, Bolt Trigger and a Default or Grip
- CLOSE RANGE (premium): Coming soon, but I don't have money for that.
- LONG RANGE: A Barret with Iron Sights, a Power Barrel and a Default or Extended Clip
- LONG RANGE (premium): Coming soon, but I don't have money for that.
- EXPLOSIVE: An Eggplant, or a Rapid Rocket, or a Flare Gun.
- EXPLOSIVE (premium): Coming soon, but I don't have money for that.
- ABILITY: A Medkit for most reasons.
- Any other kind of ability, don't forget the Nano Machines.

New Recruits
How to finish the Level 1 of Human Campaign?
Finish the tutorial and defeat the zombies, and since it's Team Deathmatch it's nice to be with your teammates.

How to master it?
It's easy to master it you know because it is a tutorial level where you could learn how to play Raze III. No matter what you do you still can master it even you have newbie skills.

The Cleanup
How to finish the Level 2 of Human Campaign?
Defeat all of the Enemies and score most points for your team. Later on, if your team has 9 kills in total, the Alien Leader (named as Alien in this level) may be added, so be wary.

How to master it?
Try to get most of the streak kills or get the most kills on your team to higher chances of mastering the level. If you practice much and as confident as before, there will be higher chances of mastering the level.

Old Friends
How to finish the Level 3 of Human Campaign?
Defeat all enemies, and since it's Team Deathmatch it's nice to be with your teammates. Watch out for the newly introduced aliens, two aliens were the Heavy Attacker Aliens, or just Azmings, while the other two aliens were the Zelsors, or Orzicors.

How to master it?
Until Blaze's cough, you can get ready by filling your weapons from the weapon spawners everywhere, and get ready for the attacks at the random AI positions. Try to get most of the streak kills or get the most kills on your team to get the higher chances of mastering the level. Also, don't get distracted by a minor earthquake when your team gets 8 kills. Don't worry though, it is just a little time for that.

Strange Discovery
How to finish the Level 4 of Human Campaign?
You must have most points before your opponent does, aka reach the certain points by dominating the flags.

How to master it?
The Capture King and Defender Kill Bonuses are essential at this point, which means you have to dominate much more, and be aggressive, and try to dominate the flags as much as you can. Oh hey, don't forget the most kills too.

Freedom
How to finish the Level 5 of Human Campaign?
You must get most of the flags before your opponent does, aka get the certain number of flags. Watch out for a newly introduced enemy called the Jungle Aliens-- one known as Tufir.

How to master it?
Try to get most of the flags because it values as +62. Show-off and Show-Stopper Kill Bonuses are essential here-- try to get the most kills especially the time that you were holding the flag or attacking someone holding a flag. Because there's another ERT soldier, and especially you have 1 extra ally, it only affects your chances to master the level, a bit or a little.

Day of the Dead
How to finish the Level 6 of the Human Campaign?
Each certain number of kills may defect your teammate to other team, and this will be like the Defection (Challenge Level of Strike Force Heroes II) level with an exception is will be the Team Deathmatch, and Ghost, Blaze and Priest are your loyal allies, while the ERT Soldiers are just shady soldiers.

How to master it?
Try to get most of the streak kills or get the most kills on your team to higher chances of mastering the level. The more enemies you killed at once the more chances of mastering the level if you don't die at that level.

Flight 815
How to finish the Level 7 of Human Campaign?
You must have most points before your opponent does, aka reach the certain points by dominating the flags.

How to master it?
The Capture King and Defender Kill Bonuses are essential at this point. Oh hey, don't forget the most kills too.

SkyFall
How to finish the Level 8 of Human Campaign?
Defeat all enemies, and since it's Team Deathmatch it's nice to be with your teammates.

How to master it?
Try to get most of the streak kills or get the most kills on your team to higher chances of mastering the level.

Wreckage
How to finish the Level 9 of Human Campaign?
Defeat all of the enemies by wasting their lives. Don't waste your lives-- otherwise the game is over! Watch out for the newly introduced enemy-- it is the Prophet, or named as Llarn.

How to master it?
You are not the only one who wasted your lives when you got killed. Your teammates and your enemies also. Try to get most of the streak kills or get the most kills on your team to higher chances of mastering the level.

Sniper Support
How to finish the Level 10 of Human Campaign?
This will be hard. You are the Ghost. Your own player will be the NPC this level, and this time your mouse will be the .50 Cal. Try to kill enemies with it.

How to master it?
The Wingman achievement of Armor Games is very essential and will push you to get 3 stars easily. Focus killing the enemies and don't get distracted by your own player moving randomly.

The Lab
How to finish the Level 11 of Human Campaign?
Kill all the enemies. First of all there will be one zombie. Every certain number of kills more zombies coming until four. Watch out though, they teleport.

How to master it?
Try to get most of the kills while getting some sprees. Don't let others crush your killing spree. I recommend guarding the top platform, and there you must use your AAR or a Blunderbuss.

Nightfall
How to finish the Level 12 of Human Campaign?
You must get most of the flags before your opponent does, aka get the certain number of flags.

How to master it?
Show-off and Show-Stopper Kill Bonuses are essential here. Oh hey, keep the spree in but watch out for the Tufirs and Llarns.

Abduction
How to finish the Level 13 of Human Campaign?
You must have most points before your opponent does, aka reach the certain points by dominating the flags.

How to master it?
The Capture King and Defender Kill Bonuses are essential at this point. Oh hey, don't forget the most kills too.

Armaggedon
How to finish the Level 14 of Human Campaign?
You must have most points before your opponent does, aka reach the certain points by dominating the flags. Watch out, the Alien Leader may appear at this point first before the final level.

How to master it?
The Capture King and Defender Kill Bonuses are essential at this point. Oh hey, don't forget the most kills too. Try to be aggressive at extreme point.

David and Goliath
How to finish the Level 15 of Human Campaign?
Remember what Ghost said. Try to kill the Alien Leader instead of his teammates. His teammates will distract you sometimes and Alien Leader has only one life because he was the "Goliath" in that level.

How to master it?
To master it, do what you can. Don't forget to distract other enemies because all lives are depends on your player.

The Beginning
How to finish the Level 1 of Alien Campaign?
Defeat all enemies, and since it's Team Deathmatch it's nice to be with your teammates.

How to master it?
Try to get most of the streak kills or get the most kills on your team to higher chances of mastering the level. Watch out, there may be a normal chances of mastering this level.

Cleansing
How to finish the Level 2 of Alien Campaign?
Defeat all enemies, and since it's Team Deathmatch it's nice to be with your teammates. Watch out this time-- don't get near the zombies since they have Katanas as the Alien Leader mentioned! Blame one Azming that gave them katanas, hahaha.

How to master it?
Try to get most of the streak kills or get the most kills on your team to higher chances of mastering the level. Only tip for this level is don't get near the zombies too much or they'll slash you. A Shotgun is not recommended too.

Last Push
How to finish the Level 3 of Alien Campaign?
Defeat all enemies, and since it's Team Deathmatch it's nice to be with your teammates. And watch out, it's 2 zombies at the start, and when your team got 3 kills from them, 4 humans are added to fight against your team.

How to master it?
Try to get most of the streak kills or get the most kills on your team to higher chances of mastering the level. Since your opponent's team will outnumber your team later on, it'll be the higher chances of mastering the level.

Hold Your Ground
How to finish the Level 4 of Alien Campaign?
You must get most of the flags before your opponent does, aka get the certain number of flags.

How to master it?
Capture the flag first, then kill 5 enemies (or more if you want) without getting killed, then put the flag back to your base, and repeat it until you win. Remember, try not to get killed especially at all times so that there will be more chances of mastering the level.

T-11 Terminator
How to finish the Level 5 of Alien Campaign?
Defeat the T-11 Terminator. Don't get killed 5 times.

How to master it?
You need a high-damaging sniper gun, or a high-damaging shotgun. Also you need a matter of luck because of AIs and weapons spawned, confidence, and a medkit when if you were bruised by the T-11 Terminator. You must get most of the Assassin Kill Bonus. If you did it, the higher chances you get the 3-Stars. Getting a Killing Spree will make your chances high to get the 3-Stars also. But remember, to make the Assassin Kill Bonus, try letting the T-11 Terminator to attack your allies and then ambush it without letting notice you otherwise the Kill Bonus won't work.

Initialization
How to finish the Level 6 of Alien Campaign?
Watch out, you are alone to guard. Kill all zombies' lives. Don't waste your lives otherwise the game is over. Since it is hard try to pick a weapon that suits you. I recommend the AAR.

How to master it?
Don't get killed at once especially when at your killing sprees. Since you are alone this would be hard if you are scared of many enemies and will be easy to take the sprees if you are hardcore player in this game. Of course, it'll remind you the Level 14 of Strike Force Heroes 2 with an exception of there's no mech and actually elimination.

Extract
How to finish the Level 7 of Alien Campaign?
You must get most of the flags before your opponent does, aka get the certain number of flags. Watch out, they have Incendiary Grenades this time as mentioned at the description before starting the level.

How to master it?
Show-off and Show-Stopper Kill Bonuses are essential here. Oh hey, don't forget the most kills too. Try to get off those grenades because they will explode after some seconds.

Interference
How to finish the Level 8 of Alien Campaign?
Defeat all enemies, and since it's Team Deathmatch it's nice to be with your teammates. Watch out, your enemies has EMP on their weapons. This time your team are outnumbered on units, not just that, outnumbered of lives.

How to master it?
Try to get most of the streak kills or get the most kills on your team to higher chances of mastering the level. Get the most kills, really.

Crash Site
How to finish the Level 9 of Alien Campaign?
You must have most points before your opponent does, aka reach the certain points by dominating the flags.

How to master it?
The Capture King and Defender Kill Bonuses are essential at this point. Oh hey, don't forget the most kills too. Be aggressive.

Computer Virus
How to finish the Level 10 of Alien Campaign?
This will be easy since you are preparing for an attack. For that, get weapons to get ready, and kill all the robots.

How to master it?
Try to get most of the streak kills or get the most kills on your team to higher chances of mastering the level.

Rightfully Ours
How to finish the Level 11 of Alien Campaign?
Defeat all enemies' lives, and don't waste your lives-- otherwise the game is over!

How to master it?
Try to get most of the streak kills or get the most kills on your team to higher chances of mastering the level.

Payback
How to finish the Level 12 of Alien Campaign?
You must have most points before your opponent does, aka reach the certain points by dominating the flags.

How to master it?
The Capture King and Defender Kill Bonuses are essential at this point. Oh hey, don't forget the most kills too.

Offensive Strike
How to finish the Level 13 of Alien Campaign?
Defeat all enemies, and since it's Team Deathmatch it's nice to be with your teammates. Watch out though, they have new weapons as mentioned at description before starting the level.

Try to get most of the streak kills or get the most kills on your team to higher chances of mastering the level.

Final Phase
How to finish the Level 14 of Alien Campaign?
You must have most points before your opponent does, aka reach the certain points by dominating the flags.

How to master it?

Time Warp
How to finish the Level 15 of Alien Campaign?
Defeat all enemies' lives, and don't waste your life, AND ONLY life-- otherwise the game is over! This time you can heal yourself and your health is 999.

How to master it?
Try to get most of the streak kills or get the most kills on your team to higher chances of mastering the level.
