INTRO:

The bulky machine hunched in the corner of the arcade, collecting dust and making the occasional BEEP sound to remind the world of it's presence. Simple military font across the machines flank declares it to be Iustitia Ex Machina.
It consisted of two monitors, one small with blinking text:

_ENTER 1 COIN_

Across from the type-writer like keyboard lies a second monitor, this one remains dark, ominous.
On the day you decide to roll a single shining coin into that slot, the screen would flash with light and reveal it's terrible secrets.
That day could be today.

RULES:

Second Monitor:
You see the dead lands. They look like someone got a lush rain forest, tapped all the water and tried to make up for it with hard liquor. The ground is a crunchy bed of grey crushed vines, and the air smells of woodsmoke and copper.

(Probably just thing + thing = result type commands. As well as being in the 3rd person, originally I was going to make the script contrast to the second monitor in a really cynical way; 'Magic Wands' items were going to represent shotguns.)
