Hey guys,

I read here and there on YT videos or on the forum that players achieve amazing scores but they do it over a period of several days.

So my question is can you save an ongoing game then? Or do these players expose themselves to huge risks of losing it all?

TYVM in advance,

A fellow GC all times fan.

In general, i think games are either paused while we attend to other parts of our lives ( yes, some of us do actually have lives, or so i have heard anyway) or are advanced enough ( and have such levels of lag) that they are left to run while we eat or sleep or go to school or work.

Alright!

That rumor on people having lives outside video games though... I'd like to know who started it!

You can if you run it in a VM. One of the stand-alone flash players might allow this as well, you might have to get a new auth token off the webpage if you wait a while to run it again.

You can save it on the system with VM - hybernate, back up dump of operative memory.
