I had being playing Castle Clash for a week and build almost everything(had 3 builder, 6 heroes, +500 gems and 6 types of troop). But today I login and found my account reseted back to beginning. I don't want to start all over again.....wasted all my time building everything for the past week.....

Please help and see what happen. Luckily I haven't purchase any gems yet.

Question is that, you can't recover back Castle Clash earlier account build?? I am really tired of rebuild everything back again, not to mention about the whole week time lost....and all the stuff's which I upgraded.

me too all my game account has been reset after resetting my username, all I get was a new account.

@rexxar_razor Did you reset your in-game username for a specific game? If the data was tied to your username, resetting it may have reset your data; if you did this within a game, you should contact the developer; maybe there is some sort of backup still around.
