You manage to shift your sword to your free hand, the vines tighten a little as you hack them off, after several hits you succeed. you see Matthias spin his spear in the air, knocking away the two attempted attacks on him from the other Nepent, he spins and with a final sword skill he destroys the Nepent. as you watch this an Arrow flies into the one that had you, destroying it.
