@klawman43 Need more information. Which server? Is it an MMO? You may need to contact that MMO.
@steve025 Any account created on Oct. 30th will need to be re-made. Sadly due to server issues, that data was lost. Very sorry.

@Ferret i follow what you said but it didnt work . When i installed new browser, it said no data received.
