Explanations
Original illustration - This is a picture you drew of the creature.
Entry # - This is incremental, starting from 0001
Common name - This is the name most commonly associated with the creature.
Alternative name(s) - This is the other names that may be used to reference the same creature.
Creature type - This is the type of creature it is. Animal? Undead? Extraterrestrial? Plant? Extraterrestrial undead plant?
Habitat - This is where the creature is (usually) found.
Diet - This is what the creature normally eats.
Description - This is a physical and behavioral description of the creature. What does it look like? How big is it? What does it do?
Notes - This is optional end material that might not fit the other sections.
