Did you like finish the game before the quests came out or something? I've heard that that is one of the reasons you won't receive them. Or lag, but other than that I really can't help much on this one.
Well, I'm having some slight trouble with mine too. But I'll just chalk it down to some minor glitch of sorts and wait it out.
You could try restarting some of the easier to complete games again to see if the Quests will activate. Or take some screenshots of completion and send them to the admins.
