as title, how can I find it back?
I played hard as follow
Rank: 50/51
Progress:21/21
BADGES:50/50

BUT! tonight I start this game, I found my record was lost.
PLZ help me bring them back, thx.

(By the way, my record was on SLOT "A")

I always save it online, I have tried the options you mentioned, it's not work.
In the past, I have lost the other game's record on the armor games website before, sometimes it could be get back by refresh the browsers, sometimes not.
I think, if the online save data is on the armor games website, the site keepers should make them more safe, because this problem was sometimes happened, and always take a lot of player's time away.
But thank you anyway.

@mitsuru1979 Can you try now and see if it works? Sometimes it's simply a server being rebooted.

I have play the game once again from level1 to level21 in last days ,and the record has been recovered.
But next time I won't play it anymore, if the situation still happened. ">.<
