@Gantic ive restarted (because some of the quests dont shown up), i dont know if thats the reason, but on my second battle i got a legendary.

However, im near to the end now and all in all i got only 2 legendary perks...

Day 1280. Still no sign of Legendary perk. I'm starting to believe that they don't exist.

@Gantic it's a Quest based on luck. I got a legendary perk pretty early into the game... if you're grinding for one, maybe do a restart and find it quicker?

Pfff... last quest... so ****ed easy... 3 ships with ice...

LOL Yes! I was buffing my money stash assuming it would become a difficult opponent, but drowned him pretty easy with ice perks as well @UnleashedUponMankind!

I didn't know you could upgrade ships till I burned down all the Chinese towns....;(

I have that with games as well sometimes @nichodemus... you play and keep thinking why is this game so hard all of a sudden?! And then you discover a way of easily progressing you missed at first... faceplaming moments!

Day 1430. I have been at sea for four years now. I have destroyed 375 ships. RNG Quests are horrid little creatures. They take no skill and there's a chance you won't get them.

If you are having trouble with quest Kill the sectarians hero just upgrade ice perk (it doesn't have to be rare/legendary) common will do the trick.

The same applies for boss Han!

So basically your ships does not have to be anything special, if you are wondering which one to use. It can be performed with any type/race, just last tier ships have more Ap/dmg (upgrades will help there too)!

In worst case:
Have 2 or 3 ice perks (max upgraded) in case you are leading three ships and aim till boss is not frozen (he will skip next turn). You can switch between ships during your turn just to make sure he is frozen, and then you can use some low ap attack.

The chance you won't get such a Quest at all is very small @Gantic... I know you hate those, but they have a decent percentage of completion looking at the amount of gamers that already have the Quest.

I did it with 3 ice perks, not maxed (2 stars, 11 ap per shot / 3 stars, 11 ap per shot / 5 stars , 12 ap per shot). so i was alle to shot ice 3 times with each ship (if needed, but normaly one of my early, if not the first, shots freezed him.
Because i was lucky at the start he wasnt able to shot once...

ive got my legendary perk in the day 1539. so,just farm ships you will eventally get it.
