Folks
Somehow I have thought, that beating f3 haunting, all traits maxed but hatred (0!) wouldn't be a peace of cake but maybe some kind of tough meat - a little bit of chewing, and all will be fine...
To make a long story short: N O P E

But I told so many stories of success, why not share a story of a pure desaster...

It started so well, the map f3 gave a good setup for a manafarm - So I did a 1024spec managem, did some 1024c on it and it's amps. I ignored all the lag and had up to 78.000 monsters on screen, giving me 8min10sec for 28 in game seconds... 9x speed
As I played with manalock 7, it took some more time till I reached a manalevel I thought it could be enough. 1e39+
I thought it could be enough, but it wasn't... at least it wasn't even close...
Nevertheless, it took place around wave 500+ when my normal u-upgraded killgem was fully occupied with beacons and giants and my hitfarming g2 reached 1,227,606,848 hits (hitlevel 37), so I built my killgem. It was by far not as good as borthel's gem he had at n7 but it was not too bad, either:

Having e55 monsters around wave 550 brought first doubts of winning to my mind...

These doubts got bigger and grew to certainty when I reached wave 670 and I was not able to anger any wave anymore... The monsters already had e67 hp (hp=1e(wave/10) :O )

By this time, I've accepted the fate and sent all. When the wavestones passed by, I wondered more and more what hp got to my sight and I checked the xp-info field if I really had no hatred trait ( I hadn't! )...

The last shadow had e79 hp - but that was a rather low hp for this run...
The last spire showed me unbelievable e94 hp... and that was not the end:
Wave 999 - I froze a little just to see it - had giants.
Cosy giants.
Really cute!
Have a look: http://i.imgur.com/Iski1cI.jpg

And even that e97 beasts were not the worst. There was a specter with e98 hp...

Well, in the end, that run gave me 4.1e11 xp...

Greetings from The Shire

@UgAhgItHurts

...but it takes a lot more know-how now than just dropping the address you find in the webpage source to use Flash Projector now (which is insanely less laggy than any browser version I've seen).

i wish there was a way you could give me a hint....

@tom0815

Well, the projector is not the AG site, so cache.armorgames.com knows it should not serve the file to you.

You need to convince it you are the AG site.

No more hints, I've probably said too much anyway and will get this post removed.

Well done, and choosing the wrong gem for mass-bombing is something we are all familiar with... At least you got the XP

Wait a minute, I'm confused. I thought bombing with higher grade gems didn't impact experience gain anymore. Was that changed?

It doesn't. But 200x hp from 6 g86 is a bit more manageable than the e20 x hp from 1k g1

Yeah, I got that part, haha.. but wow, didn't realize giants gave that much experience, even at such a high wave.

I'm still hoping that bigger bombs will result in more experience again someday. Kind of annoying that he took that out.

is there a reason youre using a non-suppergemmed kill gem? (the g111) vs something like the 32 combine?

A g100 costs something like 2e31, you'll note that upgrading that 11 times is about e35 mana, the gem costs e39 (it's a super-gem with a much larger combine plan than 32).

Granted 100x more damage is only another 32 waves of creeps even without hatred, so optimizing your mana gathering operation is much more important.

I decided to revisit R6, hopeful that I would beat its endurance.
In looking at the HP calculator, I was off by one row, thinking that
the monsters were e70 (R7), when they were in fact e76. Oh how
a hopeful mind can go so wrong...

I then decided, "Screw it, let's see how far I can go!"

The lag reached 7 seconds per frame, enough to do some housework
I eventually ended up with this cute mana plantation:

Yep, ALL of the traps were the same grade

I had 9.1e42 mana with which to build the biggest and deadliest non-GES
kill fortress to date, 5e69 damage, grade 137(!).
I realized I could hit-farm my killgem while farming beacons without losing
much XP, so I ran with that idea.

Beacon crasher:

I combined those initial grade 125 beacon-support gems
because their target selection caused too much stutter-lag.

In the end the spawnlings eventually overran my killgem,
even with an adjuvant cyan gauntlet:

I eventually lost with 450 or so monsters on screen, final HP
inflated to e77.

I'm surprised I even gained that much XP on a 'bad' map like this!
I leveled from 27,323 to 27,948.
