Well, we just learned something potentially useful: this is not actually a plant. Or rather, it is at least partially hybridized with an animal of some sort. While plants can get a kind of cancer-like tumorous growth, it doesn't metastasize or spread. So yeah, part animal. Make good use of that knowledge.

*casts a personal shield bubble that blocks off the vines*

I tried holy magic which usually involves pure light. That didn't work.

*takes out a giant magic eraser and uses it on the vines*

I guess removing it's existence is the only thing left to do now.
