@Ferret does 2500 miles mean in survival or in normal? Ive performed a full distance run in normal (3000 distance) --> no quest. Will try survival later (tomorrow maybe^^).
€dit: as a lill add: just saw no one completed the 2500 mile quest so far.
The other 5 quests unlocks with no problem, even if you played the game before.
I spoke too soon -- I thought this was going to be Road of the Dead. These quests aren't too bad, although the lagginess is incredible (one of the main reasons I don't like Road of the Dead).
So is it worth spending 15 minutes of frustrating lag to get to 2500? As far as I can see, no one has received this quest so far.
@randomblah i got the final quest when loading was completed, beating the copter once more wasnt required.
@bakkart still not sure if the 2500 is broken (but because no one completed it yet... well, lets wait for Ferret (or Tass)^^), but the others work fine.
About the lag, you could try another browser and see if that change anything.
On a different note -- and I'll connect this to "Quests" by saying it makes it more difficult to get the quests -- has anyone else noticed any glitches or weird things going on with the device activations?
My two notes:
1. Sometimes the activation of one device seems to deplete the device power bar for the other two cars. For example, pressing 1 means that #2 and #3 now have to replenish as well.
2. Having two EMPs doesn't seem to work. I had EMP on #1 and #2, and #2 never worked in this configuration.
@Ferret and @Tasselfoot It may be a bit obvious and redundant and superfluous, but here's some proof of achieving the goal for the 2500 Quest. It didn't unlock in-game, nor did it when reloading the page and game, which is sometimes the case. I think the trigger is flawd perhaps...?
I tried last night both story mode and survival mode, but the quest did not trigger for me. Here is a screenshot captured last night when I was trying to obtain it through story mode:
I thought maybe the description is not accurate, and it can only be achieved through Survival mode, but failed to get there due enormous lag. However seeing the others players complains, will just wait for official respond.
The "Die Hard" quest triggered for me when I started the game today. I already met the requirements for the quest yesterday, so it seems to be fixed and you don't have to reach 2500 miles again
