How to Stage Change
Microbial->Aquatic requires the sticky organelle
Aquatic to Aware requires the ability to live on land.
Aware to Tribal requires the ability to use stone tools
Tribal to City requires Farming Tech
City to Industrial requires Steam Engine Tech
Industrial to Space requires Space Ship Tech
God Stage requires Type 5 Civ Tech
