I have the same problem
already sent a ticket to them
but they say the game is running as it should
quote: "try to ask computer expert, because our game is normal."

this is ridiculous i can only log onto S1 server which i will have to start a new character.

same here im pissed off

i am getting more 'pissed' by every reply from the support forum
i made a new character leveld up to 17 to have a look at arena
to find that it is no longer our server

Update on replys from bbg support

they dont get our problem

what a joke is this, ... they mess up the server and now our characters dont exist and they say it's our browser problem. my god, really annoying

okayyyy... dont think they are going to fix this
i asked for an official statement to tell us what is happening and what they are going to do
but they only thing they told me was everyone should sent tickets...

so we are wasting our time waiting

there are so many options
in most of the games you have to be online tooo long to get a good placing
plus i dont know if i want to do this same thing again playing for almost a year and then evrything gone
and when i start playing ill do in on their official site so that cant happen

it wouldnt have hurt them to type an official statement to poste on their forum or here in ag to let us now what is going on
