Hello!
I have RPG Maker VX Ace (along with many, many tile packs, sprites, etc.) on Steam and I'm wondering if it's possible to make this kind of game into a flash game or something compatible with a web browser (implying that I want to upload my project to Armor Games).

Is this possible?

How do I do that? I've searched a bit on the internet, but I haven't found the right keywords to successfully search what I'm looking for.

1 First you need to Learn Ruby programming language, because RPG maker vx ace is coded in Ruby, Look! your RPG maker vx ace tools/scripts editor.

2 You need learn Actionscript 3.and then rewrite the scripts on your game, from Ruby to Actionscript3 in Flash professional or Flash Develop.

It's extreme hard, good luck!
