Hi,
I am trying to get some screenshot of the running game to share on facebook. But when I paste it on paint it shows only a black image. Has anyone have faced such problem? What can i do now?

You used "Ctrl PrtScr" to snap the image from your screen? And you're not playing with 'lights off mode', correct @gphpgl?

@gphpgl first of all, you use software for taking screenshot ? If yes, tell us what software please.. if no ? please try with https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html very easy to install and to use..

If your on windows, you may have a program called snipping tool. It's basically for taking a picture of your screen.
