@Iggooooorrrr: If you want to backup your local flash game saves, you'll need to find the folder in which the flash games saved are. The location depends on your operating system, but you should be able to Google it. Once you find the save file, you can just copy it to another location that isn't in the save file folder.
You lose local flash game saves if you clean out all of your cookies.
