I have been experiencing these errors as well since last week. Sometimes I can see the site normally for an hour or two, but most of the time, these are the symptoms I witness every day:

+ Game comments are invisible when logged in, but visible when not logged in.
+ Achieved quests do not appear as achieved in game windows.
+ When browsing pages, if I'm in a chat room, I leave the chat room automatically every time a new page is opened.
+ Open PM tabs close automatically when a new page is opened.
+ Profile settings text box looks like this:

Fix: Close chat between users and you.. (private chat)

@Arm_Candy Looping you in, just in case this fix works for you.

Game comments are still invisible for me, and the profile settings box still appears the way it does in the screenshot. My issue must be something different altogether.

You're fixed. What I did...

1) Logged into your account.
2) Closed privates messages.
3) Refreshed the page
4) Closed private messages.
5) Refreshed the page
6) Joined you to a chat channel.
7) Refreshed game comments, worked.

I'm unsure WHY this happens, but it did fix the issue. Check now.

I'm happy that arm_candy is fixed.. do not close this thread if others have same problem they can ask for an answer.

I also encountered this problem a while ago, and I'm happy the quick fix @Ferret suggested worked.
However, a permanent solution would be nice. I dug around a bit in the source code, debugging here and there. I found that a certain part of a script isn't executed. Seeing closing the arrowchat works, I assume there's a collision of some sorts there. I've notified @ventralchaos (since he's a developer) about my findings.
I hope the problem can be located swiftly

Good job on pin-pointing the problem and setting up the fix @Andelhofs. It seems this setup from you and debug-actions-list from @Ferret are doing the trick for users with this problem. Well done!
