my opinion:
sushi cat -> rattata
mouse -> pikachu
dragon with a red background -> charizard(ok this one was obvious )
the same dragon, but scrambled -> charizard 'M
radioarmatar(this one is the one i use) -> mew
starry shield -> mewtwo
that starry shield slashed with a sword -> mewthree
If annoying people became nonexistent, who would become what?

Exasperating people - nonexistent
Pestering people - nonexistent
Peeving people - nonexistent
Vexing people - nonexistent
Irking people - nonexistent
Chafing people - nonexistent
Spammers - nonexistent
