Hi everyone!

Just a quick heads up. The next 2 weeks we will have a modified support hours for payment and help requests. So there may be some extended delays while this Penguin works on replying to everyone that has a question or needed some help.

So a quick reminder on a few things and a helpful request to allow me to reply back as quickly as I can.

- Things like Hi, or "GG" aren't really clear to me if you have an account problem. Though if you are just saying Hi, then /wave Howdy!
- Gibberish will probably result in my asking you to clarify what game and what do you need help with.
