My one knock on it is that the way Regeneration works makes it way too easy to exploit to get 3 stars on any level. Since it tells you exactly how many enemies are left, Regeneration constantly works, and the bulk of enemies aren't able to move and hit you, getting 3 stars in any level is simply a matter of killing all but one enemy on the top or bottom then sitting on the other side and waiting to regenerate past 70% health.
Other than that though good game, good sense of humor, upgrades are pretty easy to get without any real grinding.
@MrDayCee - also, the quest 'Superstar' is mis-labeled. It says collect 'all' 55 stars. There are actually 60 stars in the game, and the in-game achievement Superstar simply says collect 55 stars.
Like Olinser and bakkart have already said, since all the quests are tied to in-game achievements, it is enough to earn 55 stars to unlock Superstar.
There are two important upgrades in this game - Regeneration (~lvl10) and PFG-9K (~lvl15). In fact, once you've got PFG, you don't even need Regeneration. It's completely possible to beat the final level without getting hit.
But the insane amount of mistakes and typos in that game... Just one example: Riffle upgrade. Really? -_-
^ It is true that Lord of Lightning and Redeemer only work with the purchased abilities, not with the occasional drop upgrade, which may confuse a few.
On the other hand, the Quest progress already tips this off; and by the time you get 55 stars, it is likely you got the other Quests too.
On an unrelated note, has anyone already pointed out that this game is basically a Fallout fan-fiction?
Well, got all quests and it was nice little addition to the game. just one thing: I expected super star to be for getting all the stars. there is total 60 of them, not 55. anyway they work perfectly.

It's definitely inspired by Fallout franchise, but not the complete franchise! Has more similarities with Fallout 2 and Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel, even the models look like.
The main drawback with this game IMO is non existing challange, the game is too easy, but on the other side it's fun and fluid.
@PLGuy Did you play the game before the launch of the Quests? If so, the save game may have counted some of the progress already and then continued counting when you replayed the game after the launch of Quests. Either way, congratz!
