@CKARMA10 You can change your username once you've reached 250 quests. Once that's done you may contact an admin about a username change. Try Ferret once you've completed 250 quests.
Actually instead of contacting Ferret (he's pretty busy and I'm actually handling all of these contacts now,) you'll want to contact us via the support form and select Help from the drop down. Please also include your top 5 names (first being the one you want the most) and if it's open and not something that would break the rules we'll go down the list to try and get your name for you.
I also want to share some information to help you make an informed choice about moving forward with your rename request.
Changing your username takes 2-3 days to fully complete (all games to register the change in name)
If you play an MMO, the rename may break some MMO's due to coding and programming with how names work within the game. Another user may have already selected that name on their servers.
