So I'm a lady gamer, and absolutely love tower defense of the everything. I really enjoy the service this website provides, particularly the Kingdom Rush series (yes, still).

So I log in today to play, and my screen is literally framed by barely concealed women with patently unrealistic mammaries.

I understand this is a primarily male audience website, but is there a way to opt out of the verging-on-sexually-explicit advertisements? I don't mind the advertisements in general, but this screen is, for instance, advertising a school-girlish, scantily clad woman with the subtitle "Mature MMO Player?" I know it sells, but really, the fully clothed RPG's characters being advertised at me yesterday looked way more interesting.

This advertising style does not make playing in public, or around my family, a possibility. I've heard of paying to see things like that, but not having to pay not to be bombarded by it. Can y'all help me out, please?

@DRSPalmer I adore tower defense genre, Cursed Treasure 2 and good ol' Kingdom Rush (but I prefer Frontiers in the series).

Now about things you said... The site is not primarily for males, there are bunch of women around here, we even have female administrator @DoraDoraBoBora . Because of that, and because this is a flash game site, where young children can go, this site is not a place for such things. The site itself and it's heads don't tolerate nudity, pornography or material with similar content being promoted. Quite ironically, about two years ago, before I was a member of this site, while I was playing I noticed an advertisement with female butts! Yes, I said that.

Me, you and thousands, maybe millions of users, who come here every day are annoyed by adds of all kinds (WarThunder adds, petitions and brand new Oyunlar1 adds).
But, let's be real the site cannot make any money at all without advertising.

If adds are really that explicit or just annoying, you can subscribe for AddFree gaming. Or, you can report explicit material in adds to admins so they can remove it.

THOU HAST SPOKEN MINE NAME AND THUS CALLED ME FROM MY ANCIENT SLUMBER.

Hi @DRSPalmer! Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts on this. While it's true that not everyone will have the same opinions on what is and isn't offensive, I think it's important that people always feel free to speak out honestly and earnestly about the things that concern them.

It's also true that sites do need advertising to survive, but it's also ALSO-er true that those ads shouldn't be something that make people unnecessarily uncomfortable. While at times we do specifically change the site skin to reflect something (IE, today's advertisement for a Kickstarter indie game project), at others, the ads are served up automatically by the service we use. If you see something that is genuinely offensive, in such cases having more information can help our staff take action if it needs to be done. Not knowing specifically what company/product the ad was for, for example, I can't say where it came from or why. Screenshots and identifying information is something I can relay to the staff that's helpful for them, so if you see it again, please feel free to pass it along!

Again, while we are ad-supported, that relies on being supported by the players viewing those ads, and I want you to know that we appreciate not only you visiting us, but taking the time to share things like this so we can try to find a solution that works for everyone.
