cant put in ticket don't get baseparts don't get vxp cant do nutting with it been playing for 2yrs not gonna put up with thecrap much longer so fix it plz

Hey @davidwlapp,

Can you clarify what you mean about not being able to put in a ticket to KIXEYE Inc. about the problem that you are having with the MMO?

We are limited on what we can do to help with any MMO, but if you cannot contact them that is something I can do to help you out.

A few things to check for the reported problems:

Is your base over level 50? If so, you don't get base parts from level 30 and 40 mining bases any more. Those just give ship fragments instead. Hit level 60+ mining bases and you'll start getting base parts again.

Are you hitting salvage fleets with conqueror hulls or Tideseekers? These ships have massive HP, so don't get much experience from low level salvage fleets. Hit level 75 elites to get a small amount of VXP, or wait until the 22nd of December and hit the VXP targets instead.

Another possibility for the VXP situation is that you're mixing legendary ranked ships with the ones you're trying to rank, and the legendary ships are killing the targets on their own. This means your other ships don't get any VXP at all.
