If you are..is this supposed to be more about the act of dying and the soul releasing from the body, or about entering the domain of the afterlife itself? Either way, I strongly urge you to flesh this out more. As of now, it really reads more like you are interested in the title/motif of "TRUE SELF" than you are the actual work, and I would like to see you take some time on this to really express your thoughts behind it all.
