I am playing Shop Heroes, but I keep getting this pop up, then the whole game will freeze and I have to reload the page. Which is bad because it takes SO LONG...

As for your problem, have you tried writing a comment on the developer's profile yet? It may get you a quicker response. Or use the support link underneath the game, which will be the most direct way of getting your problem fixed, ok?
If this happens again if you can take a screen capture of the pop up window and share it with us. That way if it's not an in game pop up, we can help look into what may be causing this to happen.
