@cristix - You'll need to contact the help desk directly as recovering accounts tends to require private information. I've provided a link to basic help with this sort of thing, depending on what's wrong. For example, if you forgot your password, that's easy. If your e-mail has changed and you forgot your password, that's more difficult.
