Instead of creating a new topic, just leave a personal apology under everyone's profile who you think you offended or apolagize within that thread. Don't make a new one.

Leaving personal apologies under player profiles also look more meaningful.

I did to the people i think I offended. I just wanted to put a topic in case there were some people I offended that I didnt know about.
