I have noticed this reply glitch it annoys the heck out of me.

They're keep moving the gaming section.

If you see that a user has posted recently but that there are no new posts, it could be that the post might have been deleted. Some users have been trolling quite a bit recently and sort of just posting spammish comments wherever.
As far as certain threads being moved, this is not a glitch, but just an attempt to better organize threads. Rather than lock a thread that's in the wrong place, we move them to the right place!

All you have to do if that happens is hit the last page number, and all is good! Just takes up a little more time, not that bad!
