Have you ever looked at a word so long that it makes no sense and no longer looks like a word and that it's almost like you've never seen it? <- long title ^_^
I've done that before. It's the kinda thing that makes me wonder how we came up with these basic words. Like box. Why box? Does it sound like a box? What the hell is a box! I don't know anymore.
i hate when a word loses its meaning. it doesn't happen to me when i look at word too long, but if i say one too many times. like ladder i say a couple times and i no longer understand what it is.
