I am sorry what? I have never heard of this page. And I can't find it on my page. Can you give me more of a description of what this page does and where it is exactly?

No, there is an account on his friends list named Merit_Recognition. If you click on it it sends you to the "OOPS" page.

I think that account was banned.

Oh. The merit_recognition is gone. I know what a merit is. Thought it was a link though for Merit Recognition, not the friend Merit Recognition. No I remember hearing he was taken down due to abuse I believe.
