Taotally new beginner in Flash. Please recommend books/websites that are sustainable for a Flash Creator that has never layed eyes on a flash creator.

They didn't have anything that helped. Thanks guys! (Espicially Graham ;P) I'll take all of these into account, and still look for more, If anyone knows more.
