Firstly, I don't think this would happen. Secondly, you could contact a moderator or myself, and we can look into it and see if there was an accident or not.
Yeah, the idea that you were accidentally banned or "hacked" or something like that, that made you get banned even though you didn't do a thing outside the rules. First of all, mods usually don't make mistakes, and they definitely wouldn't absent mindedly ban someone. Second, if someone "hacked" you, what would the motivation be? It makes no sense.
