YOU DON'T NEED TO MAKE POSTS IN CAPS LIKE THIS! Also the answer to your question to make videos or "edit" them would be something like Dartfish but if your looking to make very simple arcade games try Game Maker or Flash, Flash can also be used for animation but to make a game in flash you need to be more advanced and understand the program from what I hear, you can get a 30 day free trial on the flash website, the full program costs about 800$ last I heard. Best of luck. =)
