I'd love to help everyone here and I think that Adobe makes enough money and they can do without few hundred bucks but I don't want to get banned :-$

And Adobe Cs3 is probably the only thing you can use if you actually plan to do a lot.

Lol unfortunately Adobe has a handle on the market. But what can you say Adobe Flash is amazing, no one can emulate anything like it for anywhere close the price.

'adobe flash cs3' isn't the only version you can use, of course you can use older versions of flash as well (getting older versions of flash will cut down cost, older versions are called Macromedia Flash) But yes Flash is the only program you can (or really even would want) to use. There are plenty of reason to limit games to Flash only, it really destroys the competition for online games.
