I personally think they are here for more food for bats, frogs, and birds to eat. (altough I don't see why they don't have enough bugs already to chomp on)
well mosquitos and other bugs are important to the food chain, without them specific animals will die, I'm not saying I like mosquitos all I'm saying is without them some animals would probably be endangered or extinct if they were alive right now.
Mosquitos are a vital part of the earth. Here is a little scenerio on what would happen if they dissapeared.
The human population in Africa would skyrocket. Most forms of cattle would skyrocket as well. Animals like frogs and bats would go extinct, therefore completely destroying the food chain and eveantually, changing life on earth...
