the flag isn't a negative rate. don't flag things unless they are spam, flaming, trolling, etc. flaging something brings it to a moderator's attention, so that it can be locked/deleted.

you said negative rate it. myminicity should be flagged, by all means. I just want to make sure that you don't flag non-spam posts whilst under the assumption that you are giving them a bad rating.

You know why there is somany links.Because people need to visit the links to help the citys.

This "game" (myminicity) apparently is really addictive "game"...like WoW and MapleStory,even more. People do bad things to win (spam). Therefore game addiction can make people do things against the law.
