Hm, porn isn't necessarily bad in and of itself by default you know. The major criticisms of porn are conditional upon:

1) Degradation or abuse.
2) The danger of forming an addiction.

We've had debates on both in some form before.

Now on a less serious note:

It's the modern phenomena and it'll be blamed for whatever it has. and the reason 70% of sites are porn is because one porn site generally is just a botomated link to another. their all linked pointlessly to attract a guy into buying.

Myspace also is just how parents manage their kids online activities.

If you look at the kids aspect there is nothing wrong because the parent generally allows it or should put up a webwall or many other internet created sources.

So it's mostly positive.

and the people who just get the net they go on any porn site and get free viruses on their PC then it comes to fixing the computer and wasting money

It's whatever you make of it. If you're dumb with your computer and get hacked and get your computer turned zombie then it's your own fault. If you use it to communicate and have fun on Armorgames then of course it is good.

This is such a vague topic. There are numerous arguments for both sides. Although there are those that abuse the internet, and that many children become exposed to things they shouldn't at young ages, i believe the internet offers communication and connections with people and countries that we would have never been able to communicate with in the past. There are many easy ways to manage what your kids view and experience on the internet. This is up to the parents. Aside from this issue, the internet offers so many wonderful things. With the internet we are able to communicate, learn, and share knowledge with people from around the globe, who have vastly different ideas, and thoughts. The internet has opened up a global market, are able to shop in stores from other countries, sell things we do not need anymore and be able to find someone out there who wants it, and Do business and create coalitions with companies from around the world. Never before, have we been such a unified and communicative world. With the internet we are able to communicate with family and friends from far away without paying for messages or letters that take weeks to ship. Without the internet all of us would not be able to talk and argue and have fun as we are doing right now. I don't even know all of you and we are able to share ideas and have fun, even though we are hemispheres apart.

The internet is neither bad nor good.

It all depends on how we use the internet.

depends how you use it, if you use it for research, assignments and work etc, that's good.

But if you use it for BAD stuff, like addicted to a game site, unlegelly downloadng, the only thing you think about day after day, that would be BAD then.
