to sum it all up spiderman has better movies but has no mode of transport but batman movies are shit but he has all these cool gagets(and a butler) which could kill spidey BUT spidey has spider sense which would help him dodge all of batmans weapons IN THE END SPIDERMAN WINS!!!!
Spiderman wins easily. He has spidey senses, can do ALL kinds of things with his web-flinging powers, and to top it all off, also has a lot of strength. Batman wouldn't stand a chance.
