I'm a chef and I just think it would be interesting to know people's favorite foods. Post your favorite food and what it consists of. For example, mine is Pad Thai which is a stir fry with rice noodles, chicken, scrambled egg, with a redish sauce (I'm not gonna say what's in that, every chef who prepares this dish uses different spices and that sort of stuff to make the sauce and my recipe is top secret ;}) topped with coarse chopped peanuts and sometimes cilantro and garnished with a spray of lime.
