I agree but it would be very hard it would take all the powerful countries to help and most don't.

No country cares for anything but their economics.
It will happen sooner or later.

Well i think that everyone wants that.
But i think we need to deal with the top priorities before that. Like terrorism and the environment. Because those affect everyone, and not just a small percent of people.

World hunger doesn't affect a small percent of people >_>
The only way you can maintain a nation so it has enough food production for itself, so that you don't have to send so much aid every 5 seconds, is to make it developed.
No country will be willing to do that. Much much money.

no it wont.. well maybe.. but then all africans would be dead.. its going to be pretty hard to end it.. more people in countries mean they need more food and the hunger-stricken ones are going to be still hungry and getting worse..

The only reason the environment is a concern is because of all the hooplah surrounding it (i.e. Al Gore's documentary, the people buying in the hype, etc.). Environment, shm'nvironment.
As for world hunger, it affects alot more people than you think. The only reason the statistics for world hunger are dwindled down is because people are constantly dying from hunger!

Ya, the leading countries of the world pretend to care about things, but when it comes down to taking action, the only things that get done are hyped up by the media, and the things that the government scares us with. WHen It comes to helping innocent people eat, thats not a big enough priority, because those people don't have oil we can steal, or they are not a very viable future market for coca cola and Mcdonalds.
Plus Americans will eat all of the worlds food before we start thinking about others.

A good astatistic to bring to this argument is that 20% of the worlds population has 80% of the worlds resources. As the balance of world power is very closely linked to the economy until Africa can bring itself out of debt and start making positive gains this will not happen anythime soon. Zimbabwe was the one country setting good example to the rest of Africa but then Mugabe completely screwed that up and so now Africa is in an even worse state than it has been for 50 years. With global warming kicking in desertification will take place turning Africas farmland into desert making it even harder. So no its not looking good. Until the UN or the EU instills the buddy system like portugal did with Angola in the 70s but on a larger scale i cannot see Africa developing.

I hope, everyone in the world should have the eqaul amount of food, shelter, clothing.
Did you know that on an aboriginal reserve kids want the education because they basicly have no school.
