well unless you use flash most programmes have to be downloaded , a simple one to start off with is a program called scratch , very easy to use, but obviously the games are pretty lame.

You need a rogram to make games, you can download them off te internet although i wouldent because some of them may have viruses

u need to have macromedia flash if u wanna make fun games it costs around $60 last time i checked. you also have to know how to program so i'd take a computer class. so in the end it will cost a few hundred bucks.

yeah all of the good game making programs cost heaps and if they're free they're usually not very good.

You can make free games here, but they have limits.
