I played RuneScape and I played World Of Warcraft also ;
You can compare a few things :
*Graphics : WoW
*Gameplay
- Skills : RS
- Combat : WoW
- Classes : WoW
- Variety of Armor,Weapons and Spells : WoW
-Pets : WoW
*Help for Newbies : RS (RS has an tutorial, WoW is to big to give an tutorial...)
There are much more and even too much, but if someone asks this question to me, my asnwer should be :
Positive:
Runescape is cool because of all those skills and don't have to pay, you only pay if you want.
World of Warcraft is cool too because of all those weapons,classes,skills and much more
Negative:
RS has bad graphics.
WoW is a very big world, maybe there are many monsters and many cool places but it's al little bit too big, and you need to pay every month, and less then RuneScape
And because you have to pay for WoW, they can afford to make such a big game,good graphics,large updates ...
