No and you can;t be a mod just because. You need to do what the guide says. It takes  lot of time.

no no, you don't have to pay to be a mod, mods are just volunteers, they help out around the site, also administrators are the ones that get paid for doing their job btw

Of course, some mods act very immature on certain occasions - but generally you are right.

Mature when they deal with problems.

But your right, everyone fools around sometimes.

I think the mods section really needs updating, but no armatars since they could change it.

Can they edit posts?
I've never seen one do that. I think they can only change titles and delete posts.

Like a large quantity of merits as well.
Maturity also helps, as I pointed out before.
Although you don't have to be serious all the time...
