I personally think  that the whole wii remote vs. loop thing is bull. Nintendo is a great company and has totally changed the way we look at console gaming. I will be very disappointed if this suit holds up in court and nintendo is hurt by this. If there is infringment, I hope that it does not impact the company too much.

that was stupid, the other peoples remote was different the only similarity was the fact that they are motin semsitive.

Yeh. I love ninetendo! The other remote looked nothing like the wii one and if it is a technology issue than it is the other companies fault for not putting thier product out there and also, making a case sooner. I stand by nintendo.

Nintendo has always been the king of video games but their lead is getting smaller everyday although I don't think they are going anywhere anytime soon.
