phew even if they do win (slimmest of chances) Wii will only be cut to the US and I live in the UK and alredy own one :D Seriously I agree with everyone that the only resemblance is that they're both motion sensitive :P

They'll never win against nintendo and anyway that loop thing doesn't look anything like the wii remotes what a bunch of idiots as if they'll even be considered a threat to the massive corporation that is nintendo.

Nintendo has more leverage in the gaming world than anyone else. Or at least they deserve to. Nintendo started the gaming industry and still lead it today.

Nintendo has always been my favourite game maker, and it would be sad if they got pulled into this and got in trouble. Man, bad news everyday!

if nintendo fell, all of the video game industry would fall, but they probably wouldn't since they have stood for 30 years, and there probably so rich, a suit may not affect them

That's amazing. I would be horrified to see one of the Big 3 of gaming crash and burn so i am hoping this isn't true.

Wow, but yeah Nintendo won't go down - their company has way too much money - a small file suit won't affect them.

Once again hers someone trying to sue a big company because they both have motion sensor things..

I've never heard of that company their probably doing it for publicity
